Our package includes:
Rehearsal Dinner Setup/Cleanup: We handle all the arrangements and ordering of food to ensure your rehearsal dinner goes off without a hitch.
Servers & Bartender: Our professional staff will cater to your needs throughout the rehearsal dinner.
Overnight Accommodation: Enjoy a comfortable stay for the bride and up to 14 bridesmaids, with breakfast included the next morning, featuring pastries, parfaits, and mimosas.
Access to Bridal Salon: Prepare for your big day in our dedicated Bridal Salon.
Scenic Photo Opportunities: Take advantage of our stunning surroundings for memorable photo opportunities.
Honeymoon Suite: Our honeymoon suite, along with four additional bedrooms, is available for the bride and groom's use, accommodating up to 14 people.
Post-Wedding Luncheon Arrangements: We can set up and order a "day after" luncheon for your family, with the option to open wedding gifts.
Extended Check-Out: Relax and take your time with a check-out time extended until 4 pm.
Please note that the following items are not included in our package: food for the rehearsal dinner and luncheon, alcohol, hair and makeup services.

Experience the care of Southern Pines from the moment you arrive for your rehearsal dinner. Our comprehensive package allows you to entrust the details to us, focusing on the joyous moments ahead. Coordinating with off-site catering, we handle the pickup, set-up, and serving, ensuring a flawless evening against the scenic backdrop of our outdoor dining area, or rustic wooden beams indoors, with a view of the lake. Soft drinks, tea, and water are included, graciously attended to by our servers and bartenders. After the celebration, we discreetly manage the cleanup, leaving you with the memories of a perfectly executed evening. Please note, while alcohol is permitted, it must be supplied, as it is not included in our offerings.

Experience seamless wedding day preparations at Southern Pines by starting your day in the calming ambiance of our property. Enjoy a selection of tea, coffee, and water paired with a light breakfast featuring pastries, parfaits, and fruit. Our in-house salon area offers an exclusive space for beauty preparations and pre-ceremony photography opportunities. We happily coordinate with your hair and makeup team, providing clear directions for easy access to the property. As your entourage departs for the ceremony, we immediately transition, overseeing the cleanup, and preparing the honeymoon suite for your retreat.

Wedding
The morning after your wedding at Southern Pines is greeted with the option of light refreshments or a complete brunch/luncheon served in one of our charming dining areas. Enjoy the luxury of a leisurely departure with our generous late checkout time of 4 pm. This extended checkout allows not only for additional relaxation, but also provides the perfect opportunity to open wedding gifts or bid final farewells to family, ensuring you savor every last moment of your wedding weekend.
